The classic is now on-line.  Texas Quail Breast stuffed into a 1/2 of a jalapeno, and wrapped in bacon.  6 poppers per tray and you can get as many trays as you need.  These are fantastic on the grill and even in the oven.  Sprinkle some of your favorite seasoning on them, or finish with a glaze at the end.
