**Brand New Item**  Quail Chorizo!!!!  This pan Chorizo is most likely the only and best Quail & Pork Chorizo that you can find anywhere in the entire country.  This is a raw (fresh) item that will ship frozen.   This is an all meat chorizo.  The quail as the main protein makes the chorizo to be not as greasy as many chorizo’s we have tired.  This product is a collaboration with our friends at Willie Joe’s Processing in Schulenburg, Texas.   This sausage is un-cooked and ready to put on your skillet.  Breakfast tacos anyone?  Ships frozen.
